Lindy Miller
Director/Owner
Lindy was a student of Studio B at Age 5. She attended numerous master classes & workshops as well as studying with Gus Giordano. She has been an instructor for 17 years. Lindy has two Master’s Degrees and is currently at DMH as a Certified Pediatric Physical Therapist. Lindy has created a program we are quite proud of. The “Relevé” program is a dance program for dancers with special needs. We are proud to offer this unique program to this community. She is the mom of AJ & Lucy, who are both dancers at Studio B.
Chasity Casey
Chasity was a student at Studio B since the age of 3. She has an Associate’s Degree in Education, is currently working for the YWCA, and is the assistant coach for Argenta/Oreana.
Christian Clark
Christian has grown up in Studio B but has also studied in LA & Chicago. He performed with Mt Zion Swingsations & Studio B Competition Team.
Alexis DAvis
Alexis was a student at Studio B since the age of 5 and was a part of the Mt. Zion pom squad and Swingsations. She attended Southeast Missouri State University to study dance extensively with renowned artists and choreographers from across the country such as Nan Giordano, Saleema Knight, Joffrey Ballet, and the Limon Company. She had the opportunity to perform in concerts, musicals, student shows, studio showcases, videos, and national conferences, as well as choreograph for student shows and intensives. She worked with the Jose Limon Dance Foundation and Company as an Administrative and Marketing Intern in 2020. Alexis graduated in May of 2021 with her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance, National Honors in Dance and Minor in Integrated Marketing Communications and is now earning her Master of Business Administration at University of Illinois.
Carly Eversole
Carly returns to Studio B after taking a few years off to finish her degree in Speech Therapy. We are so pleased to have her back with us for the 2nd year. Carly was a long-time student, assistant, and teacher.
Jodi Folmnsbee
Jodi is the Office Manager for Studio B Legacy Dance Studio.
Holly Henderson
Holly has been a student at Studio B since the age of 3. She was an assistant for many years and competed with the Studio B Dance Team. She is now a surgical nurse at DMH. She is the mother of our adorable Brynlee and new baby Maverick.
Morgan Hollon
Morgan was a student at Studio B since the age of 3. She was a member of the competition team from 2012-2018 and was an assistant for many of those years as well. She is currently a senior at Millikin and is studying to obtain her BS in Biology. Morgan was named a NFL Colts Cheer Finalist in 2022 and has been competing in the Miss America Organization for the last 5 years, where she choreographs and performs lyrical/contemporary dance for her talent portion of competition!
Melissa Nichols
Melissa is a graduate of Millikin University & is a Quality Coordinator at ADM. She has been a student at Studio B since the age of 5, as well as an assistant. This will be her 18th year teaching at Studio B. Melissa is also the former coach of the Cerro Gordo Pom-Pon Squad.
Carrie Pierson
Carrie was a student at Studio B at the age of 3 and now has been a teacher for 17 years. She is the mom of Lillie & Reed, who are both Studio B dancers. She is currently the Director of the Office of Student Success at Millikin University. Carrie was the poms’ coach at Mt. Zion H.S. & The Millikin Sapphires Dance Team. She was a member of the Decatur Area Dance Co. and has been involved in numerous competitions and workshops.
Becki Sadomytschenko
Becki has been a dance instructor for over 35 years. Many of her students have gone on to major or minor in dance in college. Several have gone on to pursue a career with their dance training. Becki is proud to say she is “Mom” to dozens of wonderful young people. She is a member of Chicago National Association Of Dance Masters.
Jill Walker
Jill is a marketing rep for a pharmaceutical company. She was Studio B’s very first graduate & is now mom to Samantha and Sloane. She was one of the very first assistants at Studio B. She taught at the YWCA for many years before taking some time off. Jill is a graduate of Millikin University with a Minor in Dance.
